Two visits, two failures. If your car only has a bit of dust the wind could blow off, this wash might be fine—but for real cleaning, look elsewhere. They offered a second pass, but why bother when the wash down the street gets it right the first time. I won’t be returning.
I never had any problems with this wash. I have a roof rack and stickers on my car, the car wash is not harsh on them at all! Plus, I love their app so you can accumulate points.
