The first time we had an issue the vertical scrub brush ripped the mirror off the driver side and we opened a claim with them and we were denied left to buy the parts and fix it on our own. The second time zips damaged our Jeep the vertical scrub brush ripped the antenna so hard that the metal on the panel was ripped as seen in the photos below.
