Pay 34 bucks and some change and you can't even get the bugs off? And didn't dry all the way. Last time I will ever be there, only reason I went there was because Diamond Waves and Wags was closed.
I am not happy now the car wash is broken down . I want a refund and no monthly payment taken out of my account.
I have only been to this car wash two times and when I visited today the car wash employee, Brady was very helpful and kind. He was the ONLY employee there as they are extremely short staffed. I was having a hard time getting my car wash card to work, user error, and Brady was very kind. While I was dealing with the car wash kiosk, there were 5 cars waiting and Brady was able to help me and get everyone on their way, without any unhappy customers. Very happy with the service!
First and last time I will use this car wash. I wash my truck often and figured id try Zips since it was closer than my usual. $30 + tax for the Premier wash. Alright, figured it had to be great. Nope! Drove out and 2 blocks to my work. When I got out I quickly looked at the truck and saw every spot on the truck that wasn't completely flat was still terribly dirty. Never again, do not recommend. Drive the extra distance for something else. You will most likely be disappointed here.
Good luck getting ahold of them. The automated answering machine runs you through the wringer and then hangs up on you regardless of what option you select.
