there people do a very good job of cleaning my car and they want you to come back again with a smile on their face
I do not like leaving bad reviews, but the customer service is really lacking. There is little to no pre-wash done by the staff, which is half of what you’re paying for. Vehicle comes out dirty. Would have cancelled my membership earlier had it been easier to cancel and not so cumbersome.
I just don't understand why there cant be at least 1.5-2 car lengths (at a minimum) between the vehicles in the wash- having customers wait another 30 seconds to go through the wash surely wouldn't hurt your business or productivity, but it would prevent people getting rear ended and poor reviews
