This place used to be great. However, it's been a disaster recently and getting worse - entry gates and sensors don't work for members, the tire shine works maybe 50/50, and the staff seems clueless to fix the problems. What used to be a 5 minute activity of running through is often 15+ minutes while everyone fumbles to do basic functions of their jobs, and the lines back up. In general, there appears to be a poor management, training, and maintenance.
