Angelique and Brenda are the best workers and my car came out so shiny and glossy with lava shine and the ultra HD glaze

Brenda at the Grayson Location was awesome. Prior to this visit I received an email to update my payment information but when I arrived the gentleman said I couldn’t and had to pay full price. When I called customer service they said I couldn’t. Today I returned and Brenda made it work. If I had another set of hands I’d give her four thumbs up. The only other thing I will say is that the mat cleaner never work
Chaz Cooksey is a very negative blight on the face of a franchise that I have enjoyed through the years. On July 4th 2022 he refused to spray my tires unless I gave him a tip. No one has ever demanded a tip from me at this location. He was very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and became attitudinal. When I contacted corporate they gave him my email unbeknownst to me. Do not waste your money! Go somewhere else. As you all know, car washes are not cheap and you should get what you pay for. Once I paid, I pulled around to enter the car wash. There was no one there for several minutes. Once a lady came out, she motioned me through and started the wash. Before entering, I asked if they were going to brush my bumpers and windshield. She said they do not do that there. She said sometimes they use a pressure washer but that was broken. So NO pre-wash service at all! The wash itself is dated and ... read more
