The car wash is broken most of the time, and the tire shine return malfunctioned, and a screw head sticking out hit my wheel and scratched my wheel and the side skirt. I went through the process to claim, and they denied it. The person in claims told me to call my insurance company 2 weeks later, so unprofessional. They didn't even fix it. The screw is still there, scratching cars.
