I visit the Zips in New Caney Texas on a Regular Basis. Always have been courteous, professional and friendly. Equipment is kept clean and in working order and does a Great Job, The Ceramic put an outstanding shine with protection. Outside Vacuum with blowers as well for cleaning those difficult places such as vents. Strongly Recommend!!!!!!!!
The car wash part does it's job. The vacuums could be better.
Zips is the absolute best and friendly car wash I’ve ever been to! The prices are great. Get a membership, it’s is so worth it!! Free vacuums!!
By far, the worst car wash we've ever been to. The management (or at least the man calling himself the manager) was very rude and unprofessional. After the mechanical car wash damaged our vehicle by tearing up the front license plate & ripping off the windshield wiper including the bracket it was brought to his attention so that maybe the machines could be repaired and not cause further damage to other vehicles.
