Every time I come here, there is always an issue. Half the time the equipment don't work. The gate doesn't lift up.And you have to set and wait. What is the point of having a membership? And you have to wait on someone to come out. It never gets your car clean. I am sick of this car Wash. today was the last straw. I'm officially done and I drove across the street and signed up for a membership at the mac car wash. I had had zips membership for years, and it's always been a problem. Thankfully those days are over.
John was so great and helpful!
This best experience with Travis! So kind! He took his time with explaining what each wash comes with and what I was paying for! 10/10
GREAT SERVICE AT CHECKING IN !
