i wanted to get a quick and easy wash and tried to get out as soon a possible and i guess i met the site manager im pretty sure his name was travis and was telling me stuff about a membership they have at the site. I'm a person who really doesn't need unnecessary memberships i kindly said no to the offer but Travis kept pushing and forcing me to the point where i felt uncomfortable so i kept telling him no and while getting to learn on how he is he's really the type of person to guilt trip into getting what he wants needles ... read more
Awesome guy, helped me out a lot!
Car wash did not clean my truck, I had to do a ton of cleaning with a microfiber rag. The tailgate was not washed, the wheels were still very dirty, any indentation in the body line was still dirty, back glass was still dirty, rear bumper was dirty, hood was dirty, top of truck was dirty. Truck was driven in rain twice between car washes. Truck is brand new with approx 5,000 miles. Vacuum worked better than most. No option for compressed air to clean interior.
