Didn't clean bugs off mirrors and the vacuum oh my i can't believe how horrible they are at a brand new car wash head kept falling off and suction power was very low dont waste your time here
I paid 18.00 for a car wash, didn't even get my windshield clean. Still had bugs on the front of my Jeep.
We went through and got the highest wash offered, it did NOT get it clean. Not even the windshield. We had folded our mirrors in and the brushes pushed them back out at the beginning of the wash cycle. We had them come look at how dirty it still was and the only thing they would do is let us go through again. The staff was great but the owners will not allow them to refund even though it was still dirty.
The mat machines weren’t working. My mats are sopping wet. Went through twice still wasn’t clean. Vacuums didn’t suck. Didn’t show the $12 car wash. We paid $24 for a crappy wash when we could’ve had hand washed and sweated less for a few more bucks.
