This place is a joke. Card readers don’t work so you have to talk to someone and get a sales pitch. One time the reader finally worked and I paid and some dude ran out disappointed he couldn’t do his dumb sales pitch and said “if you a $100 charge on your card that’s why we don’t use the card readers” he proceeds to go back to the office area with the door open and hear him and a female employee laughing at what he told me and she was shocked he said that but thought it was hilarious. Blocked the card pay readers so you can't pay without hearing their cheap sales pitch. Upsold me and told me they were "out of soap for the basic wash" and therefore charged me for the $18 minimum (really?). Then nobody was staffing the spray portion and I had to wait for almost 5 minutes for someone to show up. No apology or anything from the workers. I got my membership at Old Forest but love coming to Forest.. Larry one of the guys working their always greets me with a smile
