The car wash was great. The manager Tanisha was very friendly and helpful. The staff was kind and explained everything well.
Best ever
Whoever owns this car wash needs to go through themselves. Half of the rollers don’t work and half of the spouts are clogged up not spraying properly. Weekly maintenance is a must.
After a disappointing experience at the Wards Road Zips location, I decided to stop by the Forest location to finish cleaning my car, and I am so glad I did. As soon as I pulled up to the kiosk, two employees greeted me and asked if I was interested in a membership. I explained that I only wanted a basic wash and that this was actually the second Zips location I had visited that day because I had been disappointed with my experience on Wards Road and was having to purchase another wash just to use the vacuums and finish clea... read more
1 star because of one rude staff. African American lady with glasses need better customer service. First time at this location, I always go to the one in Timberlake (great customer service always) I will not be coming to this location again.
