The dumb vacuums weren't working. Why have them there if they're not operational. You only get 1 star until this issue is fixed IMMEDIATELY not whenever y'all get to it. To top that all off, I was just there and the guys in the building were just standing around on their phones not doing anything. Y'all need to keep them busy so that they don't have time to be on their phones.

This car wash has came a long way in 2 months the new management in place are absolutely wonderful and very helpful the assistant manager is very helpful , the membership manager Jasmine If I recall correctly , helped me understand the different levels in the wash. I originally came here for a quick basic wash and came out with a phenomenal premier wash and their Vacuums are sucking better than ever. Only thing I wish was different was the Air nozzles I wish they worked but I didn’t need them after I vacuumed . Great job Zip... read more
