This place has to have the most incompetent, inconsiderate, rudest workers I've dealt with. I pulled up, girl acted like I was getting on her nerves just being there, barely spoke to me, I still said thank you, not a word, pull up into the entrance, no one to guide me in, then I just sat there. Cars waiting behind me. I was about ready to jump out and hit the start button myself. I pay for a membership but they always have the “member lane” coned off so you’ve got to wait in line as the employee sits there signing up every single car for a new membership. I waited in line for almost 25 minutes the other day because of it and you’re unable to back out or exit the line.
