Went through this car wash today and purchased a $12 basic wash. The front of my car still has bug guts all over it, and the cover for my side view mirror came off and cracked. Zips said they will not pay for it because my mirrors should have been folded in, despite the employee not telling me this AND not doing it when they sprayed my car down. I would understand that this could be an accident, but the cover came off at the part where the spinning brushes were not spinning. I’m leaving with a cracked mirror and a dirty car.... read more
