Redeemed a car wash as I was turning into the business but the location closed early so I was not able to use the purchased wash. I contacted Zips and Felipe from customer service told me he was unable to credit my account back because they show the was as used. The barcode was never scanned as the location closed early that day. Felipe was no help and the location will lose a customer. Use a different car wash - there are plenty of honest companies near by who care about their customers.
Easiest self-serve car wash in Lexington by far. It’s also wonderful that they have so many locations around town and you can visit any of them. Get yourself a membership and pull in for a clean up anytime you drive past one in Lexington. You get two washes a day… There’s no reason to be dirty anymore.
