Wind screen shut down on the hood of my car while I was exiting the wash on a cold day. I filed a claim after noticing visible scratches on my hood. This claim was denied saying they do not use equipment that would cause this. I spoke with an employee and they told me this has happened before and because of it they no longer use that "equipment". As of now I'm fighting the claim. Hoping this company does the right thing.

First, let me preface this by saying that I live in Versailles, but come to Zips for a car wash. Zips is the best!’ Sheldon, the manager at this car wash facility has gone above and beyond his job expectations. I inadvertently, more than likely vacuumed my son’s class ring into the vac system. He had his team break down the system after closing to look for it. Sadly, it was not found. But, I am so grateful to see that there is still some humanity left in this world. Disappointed. For as new as this place is, you would think the self service terminals would work, but they don’t, had to wait on an attendant to come with a tablet to take my payment. Car wash attendant was pushing the membership way too hard. Car wash did not touch the rear of my vehicle at all. I won’t be going back.

No prewash, the kid was to busy yelling for someone inside, front end is still covered in bugs, window covered. Cancelling my membership what a waste of $45. No tire shine, my truck looks almost as bad as it did before I went through the wash. The vacuum was weak and the air hose wouldn't blow the dust off my dashboard

Never had a good car wash experience here after using for the past few months. The “pre wash” treatment is just a small part of your vehicle being sprayed with a garden hose. Tire shine is non existent, rarely are towels available, half the vacuums don’t work, slow process for paying and getting through the gates.
