I been a member here for 2 months. Always does a great job at this one.
I had the chance to interact with Sheldon, the site manager at Brannon Crossing location in Nicholasville today and the experience couldn’t have been better or more helpful. His hustle and work ethic, along with customer service skills were top notch. This is my home base facility closest to my house, so I am truly grateful to know that he will be managing this site now. I appreciate all his help today and recommend stopping in to see them at this location if you need a wash!
I did not care for the entire experience. I was interested in setting up a member’s service but did not have time to even look at what was offered. The people that work there are extremely nice… But them running up to your car and having to squeeze between the kiosk where you’re supposed to pick and pay, and the car is a bit overwhelming. Because of this, I went with the basic wash and I didn’t even worry about setting a members service up.
