Checking the reviews this isnt the first time an employee changed the wash type on a customer to upsale a wash. Went for a wash, attendant came out with the IPad, asked me what wash, i said basic $12... i even tapped the screen for the basic $12 wash. Was charged for the Basic Pro at $18. Not good business practice for employees to do that. You lost a customer...
