Customer service is severely lacking at this Zips location. I visited this Zips around 7:15 on 9/22. I pulled up to utilize my membership as I would at any other Zips. I pull my RFID sticker from my glove box and put it on the dash for it to be read but nothing happened. A young man come out to greet me and took my membership information off the sticker to process it inside. He was kind, no issue.
