So I went to zips today and they tried to force me to put a sticker in the window mind you I've already paid for the past I've been to over 10 zips locations using my zips pass and because it's not in the window this particular location denied me a car wash because I didn't want to stick a sticker in my window and have to scrape it out of my window later The problem is how are you going to try to force me to put a sticker on my property that I have to scrape off of my window to clean. Customer service is terrible at this location. It’s always the blonde lady with the half done, broken nails. She has a very bad attitude. I have been up there twice and both times she has been rude and her nails looked like that last time. I wouldn’t mind doing whatever is company policy if she didn’t approach me with such a bad attitude. I have a really great experience at other ones. I pay for a monthly subscription with Zips. I was told I could go to any zips location to get a car wash. The zips car wash in pyramids village is phenomenal, never had an issue. But I arrived at the high point location today to find out their tablets were down. That’s no problem, my tag was in the windshield I thought that there had to be another way to verify my membership.
