Upon entering the wash on 3/30/2025, my mirror was intact. However, during the wash process, it was severely damaged by left side brush, wich wasn’t working at all. I was later informed by email that my claim was denied due to the posted disclaimer regarding mirrors. However, on 4/04/2025 I visited the location and spoke directly with the on-site manager Jennifer Elbis, who stated that the side brush was broken at the time of my visit. It’s a pretty good place with pretty good employees there was on guy who was really nice and picked/played with my kids and they was so happy so Christian made the experience really good
Great fast service at an affordable price! Love coming here when in need a quick refresher. I will continue to come here.
