Do not use them or sign up. I've been trying to cancel my account for three months. They double charged me two days after they emailed me confirming my account was cancelled.
So happy with my membership at Zips! The staff is friendly, my car gets a nice bath, and I leave very happy with the results.

Highly recommend! I don't live in this area but stopped by for a quick wash after a road trip. The guy that was helping me (didn't get his name wish I had) couldn't get my card to run and said their system has been acting wonky so immediately gave me a free car wash instead of having me try to find my other card no questions asked. That is excellent customer service you don't see often anymore and that will make me come back when I'm in the area again!
I just left the car wash and I'm pretty sure that as I was entering the car wash the employees were making fun of me. As my car entered the car wash I could see in my rear view mirror that the heavy set employee was looking directly at me in my rearview mirror and kept pointing at me as he continued turning to two other employees and laughing very loudly.
