In town dropping kids car off at school,decided to get it cleaned after the 700 mile trip. I got the am special for $10.00(regularly $20.00),well worth it.It got all the road grime and the bugs off too.Pulled around and at the cleaning stations there are not only vacuums but rags and air hoses to complete the job. There is also an area to wash your car mats and a brushing machine to get the carpet ones. I will be purchasing the $39.00 unlimited wash for my crew. Well recommended. Jerry/Chicago
Did $400 worth of damage to my vehicle. The owner laughed about it and said it happens all the time. They are not responsible since they have a sign.
Zips damaged my vehicle and will not fix it. Three calls to corporate office and no return calls. Do not use ZIPS!
The pre-scrub container had one inch of nasty water in it. The $12.00 I paid for a car wash was a waste. Was told this car wash isn't design to "scrub" your car. Waste of money and time.
Tore my pathfinder apart!!! Pieces of my vehicle were torn off, my back window wiper broke, and undercarriage damage. Not mention I paid 15 dollars and t doesn't even seem clean. When I told the tenants they said nothing could be done. Won't be going back!
This car wash does a nice job of "washing your car". In my case it is a car. I do the Managers Special. These is an issue with this car wash though. If there is a Large SUV in front of you, the polishing cloth wheel at the end of the car wash does will start at the windshield instead of at the front of the car. It works perfectly if there is another car in front of you. I would give this car wash one more star if they could correct this glitch at the end of the car wash.
By far one of the best car washes in Lynchburg. The experience I had with Express Jet was top notch. My car came out cleaner then when I first bought it. I loved the free vacuums, window cleaner, and floor mat cleaners. I will be back and will tell my friends.
Don Bible Horrible service manager, very rude and arrogant!! All he could say after looking at the hood of my truck was NO Repair- not going to happen ! (high pressure brushes and/or blower) caused stress cracks in the paint all over the hood! Been going there with all four vehicles for several years but I will not be back!!
Come here every week! The workers are nice and the free vaccum service is great! Trash cans and towels provided took. I find the $6 basic wash is the best value.
