Ken was awesome!! I had questions about getting a potential membership since I just moved to town. He was very knowledgeable and set me up with the best option for my financial situation.
Kim was great today! Super helpful getting my old membership transferred to my new car! All of the employees at the Cantrell location are fantastic!
Worst customer service… The guy was cussing up a storm on the phone when I pulled up and just kept going. Then he didn’t direct my car correctly so I just was guessing where to put my tires and had to reverse and start over. He still wasn’t paying attention, directing the car behind me and it was probably 5 inches away from my back bumper the entire time. Not to mention the car wash itself was completely awful. I did not recommend this place whatsoever. I wish I could give it a zero star.

Love this car wash!! Ken did a great job in explaining the different packages and got me set up with a car wash package that fit my needs!! He was very nice and patient while explaining everything! I will always come to this car wash due to the amazing service!!! Thank you so much Ken!!!
