Jake was so helpful and even offer to help me hand dry my vehicle. I can see things improving here at this location and I’ll be back.

Went through the basic wash today after just recently hand washing and waxing my vehicle which had just gotten dusty from a dirt road. The basic wash didn't even get a good part of it even wet let alone rise off the dust. We weren't offered a rehash only a spray bottle and rag to hand wash it ourselves. 😒
Edit: after several years of membership, we have canceled and joined a new car wash club. Unfortunately Zips service has gone down drastically. They no longer pre-wash. I could not get my car washed at any local without having to exit my car at the end to adjust a side mirror. That is if the car wash was actually open. The Andover location was perpetually closed.
