Great customer service.
Machine broke down while several people in line for a wash. Not offered any refunds or credits. Out $20
Zips has got to bevthr absolute worst car wash in town. Most of the time, it is broke down or at minimum has broken spinning wipers that aren't working. Afterwards, your car still looks awful and you you need to clean an entire side bc of parts that Don don't do anything.
I have a Zips membership because I like to be able to pop inand rinse the grime off once a week or more. I actually have two Zips locations that I drive past for my daily routine; one in Derby and one in Andover. Recently (late Feb '25) when the weather warmed and the snow started to melt, I wanted to take advantage and stop in to wash off the winter grime.
