The car wash itself is good. The fact that the member entry lane is literally always closed is terrible. What I just love as a paid member is sitting behind seven cars that take five minutes each to pay for a car wash. So mind numbingly annoying. I think I am going to ride out this membership month and cancel. I go through this literally every time I go there. Fix the other lane already!!!
I absolutely love going through zips car wash, their car wash locations use a lot of colorful lights and when having my car washed I get to sit back and goggle as the foam runs down my car changing colors. It's a great part of my routine and much better than other car wash locations that don't use the colourful lights.
The worst experience we have had. Vacuums poor to no suction and many hoses disconnected from top connections. Dirty and poorly maintained wash and parking lot. Seems like since they stopped pressure washing at prewash, vehicles to not get clean. Wiki needs to come back!
To be honest the lowest price wash not so good. If you step it up to the next wash price it does really well. The best deal is to become a member. Just remember you'll have to wait in line because the member fast lane is closed every time in the Hickory NC on 70 I visit, it kind of frustrating.
