I visited Zips Car Wash on Sherwood Way on Sunday, August 24, 2025. I intended to purchase the Basic Wash for $12, as I typically detail my vehicle myself and didn’t require anything more extensive. However, upon reaching the payment screen, the price unexpectedly displayed as $18. I canceled the transaction and spoke with an employee who approached with an iPad. I can’t remember his name already but short hair Hispanic guy (lady with the Land Rover here) was a very nice gentleman and amazing customer service!! 100% recommend this location for any one’s needs!! I’d give this place 10 stars if it’ll let me!!
