Trash pile up and vacuum not work
Supposedly it's open until eight and one arrives at seven and it's closed
Everytime I come to the Zips in Fairfield the carwash part is closed!!!!!!!! This will be the location that causes me to cancel my membership! Why pay them when in emergency I have to go down the street and pay Mikes!!
The car washes are wonderful and they leave my car looking great. However, if you pay for an unlimited wash package and they choose random times to close, it's hard to justify the money you're spending on a membership. If you have a sign up at the location saying that the winter hours are until 7pm but your doors are closed and everything is shutdown at 5pm on a Saturday...what am I paying for?
About 3 years ago this car was excellent, we even got an unlimited wash subscription but lately it’s gone way down in value. They don’t spray the front of my car anymore. The workers don’t do a very good job at guiding you on to the track, when I’ve been there the trash is coming out of the cans and on to the floor, most of the vacuums and blowers don’t work.
