What’s the point of closing at 8pm, if you’re shut down by 7pm? Vaccums aren’t on, trash cans picked up. Ridiculous. Would’ve been nice if the attendant would’ve gave a heads up.

Half the time the actual drive through car wash has all of the running features as advertised; for example I paid for a premium wash and as I was going through it, I noticed I only got a basic plus(I know the difference as I’ve been coming here for quite some time )The other half you’re basically just getting their lowest level wash even if you paid for premium. This place is absolutely terrible. I waited in line just to get up to the payment machine and find out it wouldn’t even work for a single car wash. Then an employee came out and basically told me, “Yeah, the machine doesn’t work, so we have to come out and process each car manually.” He said they can’t even put up a sign to warn people because they also have to go prep cars for the wash, so customers just sit there waiting until someone eventually comes out to handle a few cars at a time.
