This used to be a good place to get a car wash, and they had someone to scrub your license plate and backup camera 3 or 4 years ago. BUT now, this place is pretty bad due to the following issues: - it misses a large noticeable area on the front windshield - they stopped long ago from drying your car, and now they often don't have towels to dry the cars yourself - the vacuums haven't worked in a while All of this plus more depending on who is working when you go. Every one does a great job at this car wash, Ive had a great experience overall with the staff, except for one employee who does a half-ass job. He doesnt like to clean the rear bumper or window, he does minimal brushing in the front. I asked him to do it, and he refused. He wouldn't give me his name, and was very combative when I asked for him to clean the rear, and he caused a scene in the tunnel. He is lazy and doesn't like to work. We have a membership, yet it’s been twice that we’ve come well before 8 and it’s closed. This time, the vacuums were shut off, but I was able to run my car through. It’s false advertising if you guys don’t actually close at 8. Tons of customers came by as well and found that they couldn’t use your services. At least start giving discounts to your subscribers if they can’t use services if maybe your machines are down for the month or something.
