Won't spray off floor mats anymore. Got rid of spray bottles for cleaning the car too.
An unlimited membership can only be used if the car wash in open. And unfortunately ZIPS is closed (blue cones across entrance) more than it’s open. Three employees eating pizza while cars stop and ask when they are going to be open. VIP Car Wash on Connector Rd is a much better option. Never closed, nicer staff.
Just pulled into the car wash, and my car was covered in bug stains. The gentleman at the counter took the time to manually spray the entire car before I went through the wash. I really appreciate the extra effort and excellent customer service. 100% satisfied—thank you!
Pretty much a total waste of time & money for me. We ran through twice and it didn’t touch the bugs on the grill or even normal road grim on the passenger door. Two trips through and there’s still bugs on the windshield. Very disappointed. No towels out in the drying area either.
