Do not go to this car wash! They are terrible!! Person spraying cars was pointless. She misted my windshield which did nothing to get the bugs off. $30 and they had rotating cleaners not even working, so neither side of my vehicle or the rear got anything off of it. They have to know that their equipment’s not working. Didn’t even shine my tires because that wasn’t working either. Terrible!!!
This is the first car wash that I have ever noticed being consistently bad. It doesn’t even get the whole car wet. I’m not sure how that is even possible. I spend more time cleaning it after the wash with towels than I do in the car wash.
Won't spray off floor mats anymore. Got rid of spray bottles for cleaning the car too.
An unlimited membership can only be used if the car wash in open. And unfortunately ZIPS is closed (blue cones across entrance) more than it’s open. Three employees eating pizza while cars stop and ask when they are going to be open. VIP Car Wash on Connector Rd is a much better option. Never closed, nicer staff.
