Manager Mark was very helpful
I went through in my work truck and the guy at the front was trying to upsell me. I told him I just wanted the cheapest and he had them set up his iPad to where the cheapest one was off screen and he was like so you want the silver (or whatever it is). I said is that the cheapest and then he scrolls down to the cheapest. And the lady with the brush before you go into the wash literally did nothing at all. The tire shine was down AGAIN!! Ask for someone to come out and put some tire shine on my tires. Nope. Its been down a good 6 months yet you still charge for it. Smh. Will just be going back to Tidal wave. 0 stars
Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car wash. He helped with the prewash and then came over to check and make sure everything was going okay with the vacuums and making sure that everyone was happy with the service. 5 stars all around.
