Hate this car wash. Be prepared to rewash your car after you leave this place. Every time I tried to use the membership THEY WERE NEVER OPENED smh. Gas and time wasted
Been there three times and only got the driver side brushed down. Passenger side dirty, there wasn’t a service person on the passenger side, so it wasn’t cleaned. 3 times! Not going back!
I paid for the $25 wash. Several of the brushes were not rotating, the quality of the wash was equal to me spraying it off with hose at home. I don't mean hand washing my car, no just spraying with water. Not worth going back to have a rewash since the equipment is clearly broken. You would assume that regular, maybe hourly or every few hours making sure the equipment was functional. Visit was on 12/30/22 Edit: I went back on Saturday December 21 2024. All the same issues exist. It's terrible!
I’d give zero stars if it were possible. This is the second time in a row that I’ve had issues at this car wash. Rain-tunnel is $2 cheaper and actually CLEANS your vehicle.
