Be careful with Zips Car Wash. I signed up for the monthly unlimited car wash at $20.00 per month. This month, without warning, they raised it to $25.00 per month. I canceled. I got an email offering to keep the rate at $20 for 6 months if I would stay. I agreed. The next day I got an email saying it would be $20 a month for 3 months and then go to $35.00 a month. I emailed back and cancelled. I think they try to hook you in and then recover the "discount" by raising the rate. I guess they figure you won't notice it and see ... read more
"This car wash location has a monthly charge for unlimited wash. I signed up for basic wash, sometime later it changed to higher price per month. The car wash is broken many times when you go and the vacuums. Trash all over the place and just looks trashed. The brushes in the automatic wash haven’t worked several times and the last time I went it didn’t rinse soap hardly at all. Why keep paying for a membership when it’s broken and not working?!
