There's always something not working here. Last visit the roller brush never came down...so the top of truck never got cleaned. The tire shine brushes barely hit half of your tires...it's a thick mess anyways. Pretty sure they don't wash their towels [dont use themnon your windows!!】...I bring my own. Just a poorly managed location
Bad attitude of the employee, totally sad within a service industry. I had a moderately decent wash. I came in with a not badly dirty vehicle. My front was still loaded with bugs & guts, the worst was my tires. They appeared like soap hadn't touched the bottom part of my suv. And, My bumpers were bad. Doors at eye level were good. The only reason I give it one star is cuz you have to pick one worst car wash I've ever been to pay $30 for the premier package and my vehicle is still filthy could have done better at home with just a garden hose rinsing it off
Zips Car Wash in Salem is my favorite one!! Anastasia goes above and beyond for every customer. My son is scared of the vacuums and she came out and gave him a pair of glasses that he absolutely loves! Kind people far and few between, and she brightened our day with a simple smile and a sweet gesture.
