Anthony greatly helped me with my Zips app and acquiring a new sticker for my new car. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable!
The wash isn't great. The customer service is terrible! If you ever have to cancel your membership, good luck getting someone on the phone before they milk you for a few more subscription fees. No, you cannot cancel in person at a location and the contact phone number they give you often is unmanned and tells you to 'try us back later'.
Had to go through twice and still didn't clean the outside of our Honda CR-V completely. Doesn't wash off the bugs from having to drive to the Tulsa airport in the evening.
