We spent $40 here for two cars. The drier barely worked, the mat cleaner didn’t work, and my vacuum at home would have done a better job. Do not go here.
They are a rip off they don’t wash cars well and it’s a total rip off! Everything was still on my car including the bugs that were supposed to be cleaned off with the package I chose! I took a wipe with ease it came right off! Save ya cash n go elsewhere!!!!
I used to love this car wash when it was ducky’s! The guy who brings you in to the tunnel doesn’t spray down your vehicle or get the bugs off. I paid $18.00 for the best wash and my car is still dirty. The vacuums have no power or suction, I left after just doing my driver side. Mind you it’s still dirty. I will never be coming back. Bring ducky’s back!
I tried it twice and both times were horrible. 1st time I used it soap was still all over my car and the blow dryer didn't work. Next time same issues and the tire wet was not applied. The worker said It looks like it work and did nothing about it. This is the worst place I ever used in 23 years of driving.
I would give negative stars if I could. I took my brand new, bought in December ( it'[s January) Acura through the car wash. There are scratches and gauges all up the hood of my car that went all the way through my clear coat. Not to mention scratches all over my car that are not through the clear coat but will need buffed out and the car re waxed. This is not ok. The dealer even put an additional paint protector on my car the day it was purchased. Stay far far away if you like you car
I had the worst experience. The young man in the washing terminal offered poor direction. As I pulled forward her told me that he did not care if I (expletived) my hub caps up. I heard him and confronted him. I tried going in the facility to report him but no one was in the office. I tried calling the location but no one answered. This place is garbage!
