I've sent emails to Zips corporate to cancel my membership for 4 months now. The first few emails were ignored. The last one got an automated response saying "they were working on it". Then a month later I was charged again. They are basically just stealing from me now. DO NOT get a monthly membership here. It's a gimmick. NO customer service.
