I agree. Went yesterday and right side spin cleaner was not working. Left side soap dispenser, not working. Left side clean rinse, barely working. Left side rinse, not working. Dry and shine, not working. Vac, not working. Brushes to prewash, bristles gone! Should have just washed it myself as it took me 20 minutes to dry and clean what the washed missed. At least they are finally getting their billing right. A lot of times, you go there and it is broke down.
Carbux car wash San Jose location finally has their buff and wax machine up and manned. $15 for club member and it's has awesome results. Just had my baby buffed and waxed. Well worth it and don't forget to tip the detailer as well or a nice gesture of bottle water.
