Basically this place uses deceptive business practices. While you're on line getting a car wash, they come up to your car and talk you into getting a free month's worth of car washes. They make you sign a paper if you agree. Meanwhile there's a page full of terms and services that you're not going to read while you're online waiting to go into the car wash, especially when others are waiting behind you and you don't want to hold them up. Bought a month of washes for $15. A month later credit card was charged $35 for a "subscription" When I called I was directed to the web site to complain. There I was informed they required 7 day notice to cancel the subscription. Total scam.

This location had improved so much in the last year! You can't ways control what happens with a machine, but their attendants are on it and have a great attitude! They are very helpful in every situation. I choose this location over Foch every time.
