Tore my pathfinder apart!!! Pieces of my vehicle were torn off, my back window wiper broke, and undercarriage damage. Not mention I paid 15 dollars and t doesn't even seem clean. When I told the tenants they said nothing could be done. Won't be going back!
Don Bible Horrible service manager, very rude and arrogant!! All he could say after looking at the hood of my truck was NO Repair- not going to happen ! (high pressure brushes and/or blower) caused stress cracks in the paint all over the hood! Been going there with all four vehicles for several years but I will not be back!!
This car wash damage my car and they said they couldn't do anything about it and it was the quality of my car as to why it was damaged and not their car wash. Owner was rude and not understanding when I spoke with him. Stay away from this car wash!
The last two time I had my car washed at Arland, I had as many or more dirty water spots on the all of the glass and on the side of the car. My car was not particularly dirty but the car wash was crowed both times. I am not sure that this car wash is not using recycled water??
