I've been a monthly subscriber to this car wash for a while now, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently underwhelming. The equipment seems to be poorly maintained, as my car often comes out with: - Excessive soap residue, which takes extra effort to clean off - Tires that are supposed to be shined, but end up looking dull and uncleaned What's even more frustrating is that we've brought these issues to the attention of the management team multiple times, but our concerns have fallen on deaf ears.
