This is me and my two sons favorite location to go to! On Albemarle! The best customer service and the best staff too!
When I first arrived, they were out of towels for wiping down cars and windows, and there were no spray bottles available. Moreover, the trash can next to me was overflowing with water and trash, which created a horrible smell when I sought assistance. Unfortunately, no one was able to provide me with useful information. When I called customer service to request a refund, I was informed that they could not grant it due to the circumstances.
