The staff is truly attentive and professional
If I could give no stars, that’s exactly what it would be. This place needs new management like YESTERDAY !!! The. Workers, and I mean ALL of them are very unprofessional! Talking on the phone while servicing you and you have to repeat yourself because they aren’t doing their job. The vacuum is the main part of this cleaning experience, and probably 5 out of all of the vacuums barely work ! The brushed barely brush your car. The wheel/tire shine had no results. The hood of my car is still visibly dirty. I paid $24 for a rinse job. It is literally a 30 seconds or less "wash".
I went to get a car wash. I've been to Zips plenty of times and use to have a membership. I went to log 8n the app, no account. So I went to create one it says create an account in the app, and get a free basic wash. Well, I did and no confirmation email for the account. I clicked HELP and it said ask for on site attendant.
