SCAM ALERT. Do NOT get a membership with Zips, the only way to cancel it is to cancel your credit card. I canceled multiple times and they told me they canceled it, refunded me some money only to start charging me MORE the next month. This is a greedy, slimy corporation that is willing to steal from you.
Very bad news experience in automated flow cars are just put continuously one after another due to which another car bumped on our car from back.
I took my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee through the automatic wash and could clearly hear the equipment scraping against my vehicle while it was in motion. The sound was alarming enough that I immediately exited the wash and inspected my vehicle. There were visible scratches and damage that were not present prior to entering.
