Took my car here for a simple wash this afternoon. I left with a semi-clean car and new damage to my hood and trunk. When I reported the damage to staff they took very little care and offered for me to call some 800 number. When I called it was a recording and they aren’t available except Monday-Friday. I know this damage happened here as I was in and out of my trunk twice just before the car wash and would’ve seen these large damaged areas. I will update this review after I speak with them.
If I could give less stars I would. I’m not one to leave a bad review but sometimes it’s just necessary. Paid for a car wash today and not only did the car wash not clean my car, but broke off the antenna possible to put back on, but also scratched the entirety of car, hood, sides etc. I had to ask the gentleman working to retrieve my antenna they were just going to keep things rolling didn’t care that my car was damaged and when I asked how we could rectify this, they offered me no refund (which wouldn’t even make things be... read more
