Me and wife went up there today and was told the system is down and was met with a rude employee, a young blonde woman who was saying I should pay for the service just because she saw my wife using HER car, the employee tried to suggest i didnt pay for anything for my wife dispite us having a date earlier i paid for! Why is this employee putting her 2 cents into our marriage and saying who should pay for what? BEWARE, THEY DAMAGED OUR BMW & DIDN'T REACH OUT OR OFFER ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR REPAIRS! AVOID THIS COMPANY! They will break your vehicle and claim no liability. My wife went to this location, signed up for the monthly pass and then upon leaving noticed the side mirror was damaged from the car wash. The manager attempted to help file a claim but never followed up about it's status. The claim was denied from the corporate department claiming they have signs that ensure they aren't liable for damage.
Started a membership for a month,was only doing a 1 time carwash, but Jennifer let me know, running monthly special, I choose that. She was very helpful. Carwash was better this time. Ask for Jennifer to help.
They didn't spray down my car before going in the car wash. My car came out still covered in bugs. The only difference that I see is that you now get spray bottles and cloths otherwise it appears to be the same.
