Disrespecting me and then being shocked when I respond disrespectfully back is confusing to me. It's unwell behavior. Do not trust Zip Car Wash in Fuquay-Varina! I bought a brand-new car in June, and their machine caused damage to my vehicle. I filed a claim, and it took them nearly two months to finally respond to it. That is completely unacceptable. This company does not take responsibility quickly, and it shows how little they value their customers. People work too hard for their money to deal with a business that damages cars and drags their feet on making things right.
