Awesome very vacuuming and cost $3 and up
I had a similiar experience as Kathy B only my mirror didn't get broken or fall off. After my wash, I was on 460 when I noticed my mirror was touching my drivers side window. I pulled into the WalMart parking lot and was able to get my mirror housing to snap back in place. This was my first visit to Express Jet and no employee checked my car before I went into the wash bay. I would hesitate to visit this car wash again.
NEVER go here! – My daughter took my Blazer in for a wash. Attendant tapped mirrors, antenna, window visors and sent her thru wash. Upon leaving wash to go clean out the interior she noticed the passenger mirror looked "funny". Upon touching the mirror, just touching, it fell off into her hands! My husband even offered to purchase a used mirror at a junkyard and would replace it himself, if they would reimburse us for the cost of a mirror. Manager says"not our policy" not even sorry or offer to refund our money on the wash!!... read more
WORST CAR WASH IN ROANOKE – This car wash does not rinse all the soap off the vehicle. Their equipment malfunctions at times and the employees BLAME the customer for the problem. It is a waste of money to go in there and have soap left all over the vehicle and then have to go back through again to get it rinsed off. The employees are very rude, smart mouthed and lazy. Don't waste you time and money there. Better places in Roanoke that do a much better job AND have a much better attitude about doing a good job than this place... read more
