My new car was damaged in the wash, manager on site initiated the report as he was a witness. Yet, their insurance denied the claims stating that it was "impossible" for their rollers/wash and wash to have caused the damaged and the pattern of the damage inconsistent with the equipment. WOW. After several emails and their own manager as a witness, I decided to cancel my membership. RIDICULOUS.
The gentleman here on 10/08/2026 was so helpful! He was working alone but took the time to help me jump my car in between running to get other clients setup for car washes! He was very kind and seemed like a hard worker.
By far the worst car wash! The employees are so rude and wouldn’t even talk to you without throwing a customer service card at you. I will 100% be canceling my membership!
Great customer service
Its broke down more than working. Not sure this experience is worth the membership. Currently sitting 2nd in line for 20 minutes with no way to exit. Literally just wanted to run through car wash before going to family gathering but looks like I will be late. This is frustrating.
