The vacuum area should be covered. Nobody wants to be in the direct sun trying to vacuum their car.
Absolutely worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Horrible service. Scratched up my vehicle. When I went to explain it to the attendant, he tried to blame it on me even though my car was brand new. Tried to make me feel ignorant. May I remind you this is a gentleman that works at a car wash obviously older than 50. Driving an old, used Honda Civic. Obvious winner.
