Friendly staff. Kind of pricey for wash and membership, but closest one around. Used to have two lanes to enter, but now only one for members. Other lane is reserved for non-members. Noticed they don't allow cash now only card or membership. Vaccumms have been upgraded and more power now. As others around you use them at same time pressure decreases. The tag recognition used to be a challenge but they seem to have worked that out and usually there is an attendant at the gate to help if any issues arise.
One of the robotic arm is not working properly. It consistently leaves one side of the rear end dirty. Soap is there in many spots after wash. Air is not working at vacuum.
New Manager Keyshawn was incredible and I'm hopefully that zips will be a good place to go get our cars washed again!
I used to come to this car wash all the time and it’s not what it’s used to be. Poor customer attendance, soap and water quality has vanished, and prices have gone up. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Dec 20th, 2025, I went to Zips car wash and haf the greatest experience with Enola. As I was prepping my wife's vehicle for deep cleaning, I was looking for a washing tub to rinse out the towels that were available. I asked Enola was a wash tub available? She had no idea what I was referring to but we both got on the same page. She had the most sweetest attitude that you could imagine while helping me to deal with my request.
