Awkward to get to the vacs and the wash was not as spot free as the Zip on the south end of town. They seem to have different equipment in the wash bay. Much more wipe down required at this location and no attendant scrub before going into tunnel.
I am so pleased with the upgrade and customer service available at the Oak Ridge Zips. Jordan, in particular, is always over the top helpful!

It can be disappointing to consistently receive subpar service, especially as a monthly car customer for many years. The biggest issue seems to be the bad management and staff sitting inside the room. Even when there are employees inside, they do not come out if there is any problem when the car enters. THIEVES. I was told I could buy 1 month of car washes for $10 and it would not renew. That was a lie. I have been charged $35 for the second month in a row. There is no way for an immediate refund so now my funds are being held hostage. Don't believe a word they say and do not give these people your account information! Don't go!
Great Service very nice employees
It doesn’t even earn a one star. My husband and I went through and they told me there was a special for a car wash for just ten dollars and then get free car wash for the rest of the month for free. Not once did they say they would charge me 40.00 a month when that month ran out. Never said anything about a contract or NOTHING! I will tell all friends and family not to go there because they cheat you. Social Media here I come.
