My windshield wiper broke off in this car wash. They called and said my car was too old for them to take responsibility(2009 subaru forester). It was fine and free of damage before entering the wash. All I was offered was a refund and a free wash.(idk why I'd go back after being treated like this) when I asked to speak to the owner I was told to email them and that there was a good chance they would never respond....... what kind of company are they running.
