In August 2022 Zips Car Wash on Clemson BLVD in Anderson, SC did some minor damage to my car more than once. They filed an Incident Report with pictures and responded by saying they saw no damage. I have tried several ways to get this resolved by writing letters and talking to the local District Manager but they refuse to fix my problem. In Boynton Beach, Florida, Zips car wash sold me unlimited car wash for a month for $15. That is all. Neither was I notified at the time of the purchase, nor did I receive any email explaining that I will be joining a club; and that I will be charged a $37.45 monthly fee.
