I would avoid this company at all costs. I have found their customer service to be nearly non-existent and when you do get someone that you think can help you, they are extremely incompetent. I purchased a yearly membership, changing from a monthly membership. Paid $240, tried to redeem the membership and their system said 'link expired'. Won't even let me create a new account either.
