On October 4th 2025, I went to Zips car wash in Loganville to wash my car and I paid $24 to have my car washed and hot waxed. After leaving I noticed during the day that my car was not throughly washed and was still dirty and the bird pop were still present as you can see in the pictures. I immediately went online to submit a claim. The following morning, I drove back to the car wash and upon arrival, I met with TALIK and so I explained my situation to him. I'm a member at this car wash, and I really like the convenience. I pay a monthly fee and can wash my car as many times as I want. They always do a good job on the exterior, and I use the vacuum station to clean the inside myself. Quick, easy, and worth it!
Emmanuel was very knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciate him and his help with the sale that is going on at this time.
Jerome and Keith did amazing cleaning on my car and even made sure to ask if I had anything else to address.
