The gentleman working by the pay station yesterday was great. Absolutely great customer service.
Poorly maintained facility despite the exterior makeover. Only cleans half the tires. Drags your car off track causing damage, many damaged vacuum hoses, almost never enough rags or spray bottles to clean the interior. Go elsewhere. Poor customer service from on site staff.
Gregory was such a big help! He allowed me to sign up to be a member and talked me through out alll of the steps. Such great customer service!! I will be back
Beware of the kiosk because the initial screen only shows you two choices which are upwards of $25 or more. There's a small place on the kiosk where it allows you to select all washes. Please don't be fooled into thinking you have to choose the top two most expensive as the only two choices. There was no pre-wash scrub ...there was no communication of any kind with the attendant besides hand signals.
