I purchased a membership a couple of months ago and have been extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this location. Since becoming a member, I’ve consistently experienced poor customer service. The attendant has been rude during multiple visits and has been unwilling to provide helpful or respectful assistance. I don’t ask much from a car wash, just that everything works and not to be treated like a bother. The employees seem like they don’t want to be there, fine, but don’t aim that towards me. Came this Saturday morning to get a wash, came around and the vacuums weren’t on. Kindly asked for them to be on, they said they have to turn them on. Waited 10 mins, went to get gas across the street and came back. Nothing. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s Saturday at 10:58 and one of your associates has been talking to the car at the screen for I’d say seven minutes I pay for a membership because you can’t get your time back it’s about convenience so who knows how long she’s gonna talk to the next car in the next car cause I’m the fourth car back only one lane is open.
