James, was extremely friendly. Greeted myself with a wave hello and smile on his face! Today was my first Saturday at the Zips location on S. Main in Roswell, NM. I meet Luis the manger on sight along with Michelle. Both were very kind and greeted myself with the same gestures as James did. This is a great company with even better employees!
