I had difficulty with the tag on my windshield and Curtis took time to issue a new tag and confirm it operated as expected. On another visit, she explained the process for getting the APP rewards to credit my account. Personal assistance like that is not common these days. She was interested in her customer's satisfaction.
I like the suction in the vacuum, and the use of the towels
Every time I come, there's either a really long line, half the vacuums don't suction OR they don't have the actual wash running. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff is friendly and they have an air nozzle.
