I’ve been coming here for years , always a good experience. Lately it has not been. It seems like the bud tenders don’t want to bring you what you’re asking for so you can actually look at it before deciding. This is the 5th time I’ve had a bud tender point at the wall of product and expect me to see from far & choose. It just seems to me that bringing the product over to the customer with options is apart of having good customer service and lately it’s been making the experience lame. I’m thrilled that Zips on 38th now carries Rove’s Live Resin Diamond Pod! This all-in-one vaporizer hits smooth every time, and I love that I can reload it with recycalable pod instead of tossing it when it’s empty. So much more eco-friendly. I can’t wait to try all the different strains they have in stock!
