Re-writing my review because apparently now it’s alright for employees to get irritable and upset with long term customers who are in there frequently that are literally just asking to see different options. If you don’t like helping customers then you probably should not be in customer service. I had a glowing review for over a year for this specific location and had to amend it.
I called and stated I would pay in coins. The girl said it was cool on the phone. I get there and the black tall bud tender with dreads makes me count the coins with him and makes mean jokes the entire time. It was very embarrassing already bringing coins and I feel he made an unnecessary show of it. I did it once before with a girl there and she was pretty understanding and cool. Not him. Also he tried to flirt beforehand when I was there and tbh I do better than that …
