Ziprent has helped us rent out and maintain our property in oakland for over 4 years now. they always find us great tenants and do all the heavy lifting to make sure they are a great fit. they are also really on top of repairs etc. love them! highly recommend.

I just wanted to say thank you to the entire Ziprent team. They helped me feel comfortable and stress free. If it wasn't for Dineen, my fiance and I wouldn't be living in our new home. They made sure that all of our questions where answered in a timely matter and I even felt annoying because we had a million questions. But overall this management company has been great.

It was my first experience renting the house and ZIPRENT manage the process from start to leasing was very fast and efficient. Their guidance and advice was very much appreciated. I must have missed communication about property going on ZIPRENT after pictures were taken. Next time I woiuld like to be more involved at the start. Overall it was relief that I did not have to worry about credit check ,lease, showing the property.
