I used Ziprent for tenant placement services for our primary residence when we were planning to rent it out. Ziprent was able to find an excellent tenant within two weeks which satisified our criteria. As part of tenant placement, Ziprent did professional photography of the house including floor plan and 3D walk through which made it easier for the house to standout.
