The car wash never does an efficient job. The vacuums are horrible. I’ll be happy when Waxahachie gets a decent car wash place.
I like the quality of the wash but employees sometimes are rude. Hours on page posted to close at 7PM. Arrived at 6:20PM and I️t was closed. Employees siting in Office. Said. They had to “clean” until 7 that’s why they were closed. Noticed they shut everything down when I pulled in. SMH closed 40 min earlier than posted.
Very rude employee. Brush for cleaning top of vehicle not working. When I asked for a refund he told me its not his problem and walked out of the office.
