Our experience with Zippy Shell was fantastic! A huge shoutout to Arnetia (Operations Manager). She was super communicative and helped answer any possible questions while being patient and knowledgeable. The delivery was on time, the pod was spotless, and the pickup was just as seamless. Our labor team, specifically Cristian, Daniel, and John were quick and respectful. The Zippy Shell team truly made it easy. Terrific experience. I rented a container for a home renovation project. Arnetia in the front office was absolutely wonderful from my initial phone call: she answered all of my questions and helped me re-schedule the delivery of the container several times when our renovation schedule incurred delays. Bill and Valerie at Zippy Shell Northern Virginia came to the rescue, sending out three containers the same day we needed them. They dropped everything off on time and collected on time as well. They're very communicative and very punctual.
