Terrific experience. I rented a container for a home renovation project. Arnetia in the front office was absolutely wonderful from my initial phone call: she answered all of my questions and helped me re-schedule the delivery of the container several times when our renovation schedule incurred delays. Bill and Valerie at Zippy Shell Northern Virginia came to the rescue, sending out three containers the same day we needed them. They dropped everything off on time and collected on time as well. They're very communicative and very punctual.

The process from beginning to end was flawless for my long distance move. Loaders in Charlotte and now in DMV area were fantastic. Kept me in the loop of their arrival time, pleasant, hard working and quick to unload. Moses, Eric and crew of DMV area were phenomenal today.
